The main objective of this course is for female students to gain a comprehensive understanding of their own physiology, hormones, menstruation, and physiological changes that occur from puberty through to menopause. By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and confidence to navigate their own bodies and health with a sense of empowerment and understanding. This includes understanding the various stages of the menstrual cycle, hormonal fluctuations, common health issues related to female physiology, and how to effectively manage and care for their bodies throughout their lives. Ultimately, the goal is for students to feel confident and in control of their own health and well-being.

By completing this course, learners will be able to:
1. Understand the role of hormones in women's health and how they impact various aspects of the body and behavior.
2. Identify common questions and concerns related to menstrual health and hormones in women.
3. Explore the physiology of puberty and the changes that occur in the female body during this time.
4. Gain knowledge about different reproductive health issues such as PMS, endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, and more.
5. Learn about the importance of uterine and vaginal health and how to maintain it.
6. Understand the effects of birth control on hormones and reproductive health.
7. Explore the impact of insulin resistance, thyroid issues, and adrenal health on women's hormones and overall well-being.
8. Gain knowledge about preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, hysterectomy, perimenopause, and menopause and how hormones play a role in each stage.
9. Develop skills to be your own detective and advocate for your own health by understanding how the female body operates at a deeper level.
10. Apply the knowledge gained in this course to make informed decisions about your own health and well-being.
